These terms apply to all Book Writing, Publishing, and Marketing services offered by www.bestsellinghouse.com. By working with us, you agree to the following conditions.

Copyrights

All rights to the final content delivered belong to you. Once the project is completed based on our agreed terms, you own full copyright and can use your content however and wherever you choose. We retain no claim over your completed work.

Payments

We require full payment upfront before starting any project. This payment includes all applicable taxes and is the responsibility of the client.

Revisions

We want you to love the final result. That’s why we offer unlimited revisions within 7 days of final delivery. In special cases, this period may be extended up to 14 days.

Revision turnaround times are based on project urgency:

• For 24-hour projects, revisions will be completed within 24 hours
• For 24 to 48-hour projects, revisions will be completed within 48 hours
• For projects exceeding 48 hours, revisions may take up to 72 hours

Project Requirements

We take time to fully understand your project needs before we begin. Any limitations or concerns are discussed with you upfront to ensure everything aligns with our agreed terms.

Refund Policy

You may request a full refund before your manuscript is submitted, minus a small transaction fee of $150 or 10% of the total payment—whichever is lower.

Other refund terms include:

• No refunds will be issued after 90 calendar days from the original purchase
• No refunds are issued for changes of mind once an order is confirmed
• If you cancel after manuscript submission but before design work begins, you are eligible for a 75% refund
• If you cancel after design work has begun but before final approval, you will receive a 50% refund
• No refunds are granted once you’ve approved the final work
• If you're unhappy with the results, you may request a refund within 7 days of order completion. We may offer a partial refund based on the scope of work completed, provided all revision options have been exhausted. If no refund request is made within this period, we will consider the project successfully delivered.
